Author Guidelines

Aim of Publishing the Journal: The aim of the journal is to provide a platform for researchers, practitioners, academicians, and professionals from diverse domains of management to share innovative research achievements and practical experiences. This platform stimulates scholarly debate in the fields of management, commerce, information technology, and media. The journal is dedicated to publishing high-quality research papers that provide meaningful insights into these subject areas.

Author Guidelines and Manuscript Preparation

Manuscript Requirements:

  • The text should be clear, readable, and concise.
  • Manuscripts should be well-presented with correct grammar, spelling, and punctuation.

Sections of the Paper: The paper should include the following sections in order: title page, abstract (including keywords and JEL classification numbers), text, appendices, endnotes (including acknowledgments), references, and author biographies.

Format:

  • Length: 6000-8000 words, inclusive of tables, figures, and references.
  • Font: Times New Roman, size 12, double-spaced.
  • Spelling: Consistent use of either British or American spelling is advised.
  • Margins: Maintain one-inch (2.5 cm) margins on all sides.
  • Headings: Use the decimal system of headings with no more than three levels.

Equations, Tables, and Figures:

  • Must be numbered consecutively.
  • Should be referred to by number in the text before their appearance.
  • Each table and figure should be self-explanatory with notes or captions for clarity or to indicate the source.
  • All exhibits should be in black and white only.

References:

  • The list of references should only include works cited in the text.
  • Referencing and citations in the text should follow the APA style.

Title Page

The manuscript should be accompanied by a title page (first page) containing:

  • A short but informative title.
  • Full names of all authors and their affiliations (in the same order as they wish them to appear in print) along with their postal address and email address. Details of the authors' names and affiliations should not appear elsewhere in the manuscript.
  • Indicate the designated corresponding author.

Abstract

Authors should provide a concise and factual abstract of around 200-250 words, summarizing the objective, methods, key results, conclusions, implications, and relevance of the study. Avoid acronyms, abbreviations, and citations in the abstract. Provide 4 to 6 keywords for indexing purposes that do not repeat the title. JEL codes should be below the keywords.

Editorial Procedure

The editors reserve the right to reject or return to the author(s) any manuscript deemed unsuitable for publication without providing reasons. The identity of reviewers and referees will not be disclosed to authors or any third party not involved in the editorial process.

Manuscript Submission

  • Submission of a manuscript implies that the work has not been published, accepted, or is under review elsewhere. The publisher will not be held legally responsible for any claims for compensation.
  • Authors are required to submit the paper through the online submission portal in the form of an MS Word file.

Review Process

  • Manuscripts are initially reviewed by the editorial committee.
  • Selected papers are sent to two reviewers, with feedback expected within approximately eight weeks.
  • Efforts are made to publish recommended papers within six months.
  • Correspondence and proofs for correction are sent to the first author unless specified otherwise. The article will be published after receipt of corrected proofs from the authors.

Copyright

Authors will be asked to transfer copyright of the article to the publisher by signing a "Transfer of Copyright" agreement.

Ethics and Malpractice

Our publication ethics and malpractice statement is based on the guidelines for journal editors developed by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). Manuscripts are evaluated entirely on their scientific content without publication charges. Authors attest that their work is original, unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere, and confirm that their paper is original work that has not been copied or plagiarized, in whole or in part, from other works.
