Special Issue Policy

IJAR occasionally publishes Special Issues on focused themes.

1. Guest Editor Appointment

Guest Editors are:

• Recommended by the Editorial Board

• Approved by the Editor-in-Chief

• Experts with recognized academic qualifications

• Their names and affiliations are published with the Special Issue

2. Editorial Oversight

• All Special Issue submissions follow the same double-blind external peer-review system

• Guest Editors cannot accept their own papers

• Final acceptance decisions are taken by the Editor-in-Chief

3. Conflict of Interest

Guest Editors must:

• Declare all potential conflicts

• Avoid handling manuscripts from collaborators, colleagues, or their institutions
